organize your

And collaborate
with other
people on
projects

Go to your browser

Type in: Trello.com

This appears

Click on Sign Up

This will show up

Type in your name

Type in your Email

And password

Then click
Create New
Account

Or you can click Sign
Up with Google

If you already have
a Google account

For this tutorial, let’s
sign up with Google

Click on Sign Up
with Google

This should appear

Click on your account

This will appear next

Click on Accept

This should appear
next

These are your
boards

Click on the
Welcome Board

This should appear

The Trello workflow
consists of three
core systems:

Boards

Lists

Cards

Let’s check out
each one of them

Board – composed
of lists and cards

This is where you
get an overview of
your project

List – a collection of
tasks (cards)

Cards – Individual
tasks

Now let’s see how
they all fit together

Let’s start a new
project

Click on Create a
New Organization

An organization lets
you group boards

In your company,
team or family

Type in your
Organization Name

Type in your
Board’s Description

Then click on
Create

This should appear

Click on Create
New Board

This will show up

Type in your Board’s
Name

Then click Create

This shows after

Having a
System will help
you keep
organized

Type in the name
for this list – To Do

Click on Save

Let’s add another
List - Doing

Click on Save

And add another
List - Done

Then Click on Save

Now let’s try adding
our cards!

Click on Add a card

This should appear

Type in the Task
Name

Then Click on Add

You can add as
many tasks as
needed

You can add details
to the tasks

Click on the Task
you want to edit

On the right side,
you can add details

You can add
members

If you’re working
with a team

You can add
labels

To add reminders
or group them
based on colors

Select a
color that
you like

You can add
a checklist

This should appear

Type your
checklist’s name

Then click on Add

This should appear
afterwards

Now add an item

Type in the name

Then click Add

This should display
afterwards

Let’s add another
item

Type in your item’s
name

Click on Add

Add as many Items
on your checklist as
needed

Check off each
item once your
done

Notice this bar?

This bar progresses
each time you
complete an item

Once its complete,
this should show

Once you’re done
with the card this
appears

Now you can move
it to your “Done” list

So you can
concentrate on
your “Doing List”

You can also add a
Deadline to your
cards

Click on a Card

Then click on Due Date

Select your
desired Due
Date and Time

Once you’re
done, click on
Save

This will display
after

You can also attach
files to your Cards

Select a Card

Click on Attachment

This will display

Select where
to get your
file from

Or you can
just attach a
link

Paste the link
on the box

Then click
Add

Once you’re done,
this should display

And that’s it for this
