11. ShareFile Enterprise helps IT embrace user mobility requirements by offering a solution
that enables employees to work and collaborate from anywhere, on any device. ShareFile
offers apps specifically designed for providing a brilliant and intuitive experience on mobile
devices and provides a mobile‐optimized web site as alternative way to access data. The
offline access feature allows users to access and edit their data on the go without
interrupting workflow productivity. Single sign on access to apps and data provides users
the ability to view, sync and now edit their data as they roam between devices.

13. Built‐in Mobile Content Editor
Users can create, review and edit Microsoft Office documents within the ShareFile app
including: edit text, track changes, spell check, print, highlight, insert and present in
slideshow mode. Users can also annotate Adobe PDF files and leverage all editing and
annotation capabilities even when offline.
IT can then restrict the use of third‐party content editors preventing employees from
storing copies of sensitive data within those apps.
Retain folder and sub folder structure on mobile devices with the ability to mark entire
folders in addition to individual files for offline access on mobile devices

15. Citrix also believes that the follow‐me data strategy should not be limited to the data
stored in ShareFile. Enterprises have large volumes of data residing in existing network
shares and migrating the data to a new platform would be a challenging task for IT teams.
To eliminate the need for massive data migration while extending the benefits of the data
sharing service to existing data platforms, Citrix unveiled StorageZone Connectors for
network shares. Working in conjunction with customer‐managed StorageZones, this feature
will enable users instant mobile access to data on existing network files shares via the
ShareFile apps for iPad and iPhone (support for other devices is coming soon). Users will be
able to access data from network file shares, which otherwise cannot be accessed outside
of the corporate network or on mobile devices. By providing a single point of access for
data residing in a data‐sharing service (ShareFile) and network shares, Citrix makes
StorageZone Connectors an Industry‐leading feature. We are also announcing that we have
extended StorageZones to include the ability to access existing network file shares and
Sharepoint sites, so that even files not directly managed by ShareFile can be delivered to
users' mobile devices for optimal productivity.

20. Attachment conversion ‐Seamless integration with Microsoft outlook® converts
attachments into links and simplifies large file sharing both within and outside the
organization
Overcome file size restrictions ‐This feature overcomes the attachment size restrictions for
sending large files and eliminates potential bounce‐backs from the receivers email server
Request Large Files request files from co‐workers or 3rd parties by providing a link where
the other party can upload attachments.
Better control and visibility Provides user the ability to track use of sensitive data by
requiring a login to access the files. The sender can also request a download notification
and prescribe an expiration policy on the file/files after which they will be no longer
available to the recipient.

24. ShareFile Sync for Windows is optimized for the unique requirements of virtual
desktops. Other sync tools only support private / assigned desktops and incur extra storage
customers, whereas ShareFile Sync for Windows is optimized for pooled VDI and hosted
shared (XenApp published desktops). The special on‐demand sync capabilities make local
cached copies of files only when they are specifically accessed. This optimizes
performance and dramatically lowers storage costs. This enables the combination of
XenDesktop and ShareFile to be the best solution for delivering apps and data to any device

30. The innovative StorageZones feature gives IT the flexibility to choose between Citrix
ShareFile‐managed secure cloud storage options in multiple worldwide locations, or lets IT
leverage on‐premises storage within their private cloud or a hybrid of the two.
StorageZones enable optimal performance, by giving IT the ability to store data in close
proximity to the user. With the on‐premises option, Storage Zones also allows IT to place
data in their own data center to meet unique data sovereignty and compliance
requirements. With the option to store data in multiple locations, StorageZones allows IT to
build the most cost‐effective solution for their organization.
