1. PHYSICAL HEALTH
Physical health can be defined as an essential part of overall health of an individual,
which includes everything from physical fitness to overall wellbeing.
Emotional Health
Emotional health can lead to success in work, relationships and health. In the past,
researchers believed that success made people happy. Newer research reveals that it’s the
other way around. Happy people are more likely to work toward goals, find the resources
they need and attract others with their energy and optimism
Social Health
Your social health is your ability to create and maintain healthy and flourishing
relationships with other people. Healthy relationships are based on respect, mutual trust
and equality.
Mental Health
Mental health (or behavioral health) is a level of psychological well-being, or an
absence of a mental disorder;[1]
it is the "psychological state of someone who is
functioning at a satisfactory level of emotional and behavioral adjustment".[2]
From the
perspective of positive psychology or holism, mental health may include an individual's
ability to enjoy life, and create a balance between life activities and efforts to achieve
psychological resilience.
