Andy joined Clermont County in 2004 as the Director of Economic Development, and was promoted to manager of the newly created Department of Community and Economic Development in 2011. He is responsible for management of the staff and performance for Economic Development, Planning, Community Development Block Grant program, Communications and Geographic Information Systems for the Board of County Commissioners.
