I'm currently co-founder and head of Customer Success at TrustVox (http://www.trustvox.com.br), an app that collects customer reviews on eCommerce sites and optimizes this data to increase conversion rates and revenue. We are an excellent solution for eCommerce as we increase trust and credibility of their consumers, leading to increased sales. We use a mix of Rails applications, javascript and some really cool new technologies in order to offer this solution.
