- 2) What do we do?We provide Cloud based solutions for any type of business in any type of industry.
- Let us explain the following first:Traditional business models consist of the following:
- 1) STAFF (receptionist, accounting; Flowchart?)
- 2) APPLICATIONS. Number of applications used that are either desktop or serverbased to perform numerous departmental functions like: (flowchart model)Accounting : (logo MYOB, QUICKBOOKS etc)Marketing: (logo Salesforce; Goldmine etc)Emails: (logo Microsoft; apple; etc:)Administration: (logo microsoft officeworks; mac etc;)Project management; (LOgo Basecamp, Clarizon etc)In addition you may even have some specialized or customized software that runs your operational application that every staff member uses.

However, it is a known fact; that the longer a person has been in their job, the more relaxed the employer was with recording tasklists, which means that the longserving member was allowed to implement his own routine in handling his daily tasks, resulting in no one knowing exactly how or what that really was (pic of someone looking confused)No matter how skilled the incoming member is, it will take a considerable amount of time (clock) to “find” or “recreate” that same routine. Worst case scenario; the incoming member gets overwhelmed by this(person looking frustrated) and ends up leaving, either by request or for feeling incompetent.(little animation; of HANGMAN) FACT: We easily budget onwards of $30,000 pa on admin staff, yet we hesitate to make the same kinds of funds available on applications that can reduce human dependency.
