User Manager - Getting Started
1. Welcome!
Welcome to your Team Page. As a Team Administrator (or Manager), this is your starting point for
access to your Team’s information. It provides you quick information about your team, including the
Team Roster and upcoming Team events. From this page, you can also edit information about the Team,
share information with Team Members, and send important messages.
2. Edit Your Team Page
Editing information on your Team Page is simple. Just click the cog wheel in the upper right and select
“Edit.”
1. Edit the information about your Team, including Team name, age group and contact
information. You can also add your team logo!
2. When you are finished editing, click “Update.”
3. Inviting Users to Join Your Team, Part 1
ClubSportal makes it easy for a Team Administrator or Manager to keep track of the team members,
organize team information, and share information with all team members.
Whether you would like to add existing ClubSportal users or new ClubSportal users, this is easily
accomplished through the Team page.
1. Navigate to your Team’s
page, by clicking on “Team
List” in the navigation
pane and then selecting
your Team from the Team
list.
2. On your Team page, scroll down
to your Team Members and
select “Add New.”

3. On the Add Member page,
complete all pertinent information.
Name and email address are
required fields.
4. To automatically send a welcome
email to the new member, ensure
the “Send Welcome Email” option
is checked. To automatically
generate a password for the
member, ensure that box is
checked, as well.
5. Using Admin Options, assign the
new member to one or more
teams within your club.
6. Using Admin Options, assign the
role of the new member

the new member’s abilities to
use and access certain

5. Adding Team Schedule Items
Keeping track of everything your team has going – practices, games, social events, tryouts – can be
time consuming and an organization challenge. ClubSportal allows you to create a team schedule that
all of your Team Members can see. Adding items to the Team Calendar is simple!
1. Navigate to your Team’s page from the navigation pane.
2. On your Team’s page, in the Schedule pane, select “New.”
3. In the “Add Events” pane that pops up, give your new event a Name and Description and the
date and time it will take place.
4. When you are finished, select “Save.” Your new event will be added to your team’s
schedule.
5. To share the item with your team, click the Sharing icon next to the event name, type a
message, and click “Send.”
6. Sharing Content and Information among Members
ClubSportal’s power isn’t limited to creating content for yourself; ClubSportal
provides the means for you to Share everything you do with the rest of your
club.
ClubSportal makes it easy to share your Activities, Practices, Season Plans
and Curriculums with other coaches or your Team’s parents and players.
Wherever you see the “Share” link or the Sharing icon ,
just click on it to share your content with others.
You can also use the “Send Message” feature on the Club page or on a Team
page to send a message to your club or team members. Just look for the
“Send Message” button .
