Areas for Student Pick-Up This creates an unsafe
situation where students
are walking in between
cars in the car line. It
also becomes difficult for
those exiting the car line
and the student parking
lot to see oncoming
traffic. We have had
several accidents in the
past that were caused by
drivers exiting these
areas and did not see
oncoming traffic because
of parked cars picking up
(Sketch screen here noting color, place, size of graphics if any) students.
We ask that you do not
pick students up in the
student parking lot as we
already have over four
hundred vehicles in this
area. This is probably our
most dangerous area
when school dismisses

safety. We have several
faculty members, an
administrator and our
school resource officer
placed here in the
afternoons to ensure a
safe exit for our
students. The fewer the
cars we have in this
area, the better.
The bus loop is for school
buses only. We have
about five hundred
students who ride buses
and the less traffic we
have in this area the
safer it is for everyone.
The only exception in the
bus area is for parents of
special education
students who may not
enter the bus loop but
may use the bus
driveway to reach the
special education loading
and unloading area.
