My Comenius Feelings
My name is Radek Šustek and I have been in Comenius project for two years. When I came to
this project, my English was really bad. It was a good experience to meet new nations, new
people and new community. In my home was one Polish girl. She was really fine. Her English
was much better than mine and she helped me a lot.
She was in our house for one week. My first feelings were weird because I had never done
anything like this. But after one, two days it was alright.
For one week the students from other countries taught something about our culture.
Next year I went to the Poland. The trip to Poland was too long, about eight hours. When we
came, we met with our host families. My feelings were better than a year ago. Her parents
were really friendly Next day we spent in their school which was really nice and their teachers
were fine. We worked on our projects and we had a lot of fun. Polish people are very friendly.
Our trip back was worse, because we did not want toleave Poland.
I would recommend this project to everyone who has a bad English and loves meeting new
people.
