1. Speaker: Becky Wu English assistant of principal of San Sin High School, Taiwan
2. Becky, Wu Chi Chao earned a Bachelor’s degree in foreign languages and literature from National Cheng Kung University and a Master’s degree in TESOL from National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology. She has been an English teacher at San Sin High School since 1985.
3. She now works as the English Assistant to the school’s Principal, and she has been instrumental in the establishment of sister-school relationships or signed educational exchange agreements with many schools in foreign countries, including America, Japan, Thailand, South Korea, Australia, and England.
4. Her philosophy of education is reflected in her continued efforts to lead her students to know and experience the world. She enjoys seeing her students gain a broad international perspective through San Sin High School’s exchange programs with students from other countries.

The plan “Youthful and Independent Communicating with the world” was made, and students from Da Der visited the partner school, Foon Yew High School, in exchange
2. In February 2009, Ministry of Education launched the Secondary School Exchange International(SSEI)program, aiming to expand our world vision. Therefore, to work in cooperation with the program, Da Der then started its” Youthful and Independent Communicating with the world ” plan, allowing our students opportunities to explore world.
Opportunities of learning and experiencing without the boundaries Students having learned the importance of interpersonal relationships and to show respect to different peoples of different cultures Another step forward towards establishing partnership between the two schools Equal chances for students of the minority especially to have their potentials developed in the context of the foreign culture Working in cooperation with the international exchange program, more than twenty teachers of Da Der are required to get trained and certified to be qualified host families.
