About a half to one page statement about progress across the cluster with some data if appropriate e.g. % of change across teachers in the cluster.  No need for individual school comments but should cover the types of work being achieved.  If using a Google doc schools could jot notes in there during the term for writing up the cluster statement in May. a. What progress has been made towards achieving these goals?
b. What evidence supports this? XX School - We have completed an audit of our infrastructure and have prepared a list of work to be undertaken.  Budgets have been prepared for purchases over next three years tied to learning intentions.  We have begun drafting a strategic plan using Google docs. http://docs.google.com/xxschoolstrategicplan   XXX School - Strategic plan completed.
