2. I have a passion for the reconstruction and renewal of
apparel. My eye for the juxtaposition of various textiles,
patterns and colors in an unique way is one of my strongest
skills. Being that I am environmentally conscious, I enjoy
the re-use and renovation of apparel to maximize fabric life
and creativity.

3. Eco-Chic Fashion Show
Friday, December 10, 2010
Fashion show event featuring designs by University of Rhode
Island students created from recyclable materials. The event was
hosted by URI’s Fashion Merchandising Society. Special guests
judged the show and awarded three winners based on their
designs. Awards included: Most Creative, Best fit for Ready-to-
Wear, and Most Likely to Succeed.
Most Likely to Succeed: Corey Davis
Collected unwanted, stained and torn apparel and constructed two dresses.
