Eating
Eating healthy is really important, it helps you to stay
in shape, prevents diseases, such as diabetes,
heart problems, high cholesterol, and provides
nutrients and energy to your body, on which your
body functions on. I am not in shape right now, so
eating healthy is really important to me. I try not to
fill my body up with junk food and try to eat more
healthier stuff that'll help my body, like vegetables
and fruits and I try to do as much exercise I can,
and go for walks and runs at the park. This is what
you should do to prevent yourself from diseases,

4. Healthy
Relationships
Communication is really important in a relationship. If
you have communication I feel you can understand
the person better and know what they are thinking and
how they feel, and feel more close and open with the
person. It can make your relationship healthier by
solving your problems. Communication can also be

6. Drugs and
Alcohol
There are many reasons why kids and teens do drugs and alcohol,
some of these reason might be: to fit in a group, to become “cool”,
to feel relaxed due to pain, to experiment the use of drugs, and
mainly peer pressure from friends. For an example you are at a
party and all you friends are drinking and taking drugs, and you feel
really left out and uncool, overall they are pressuring you to join
them and you make the decision to join them without considering
any consequences and just too experiment them and can’t stop
afterwards! Another situation might be you are being hurt mentally,
emotionally, and physically and you want to avoid the pain so you
decide to rely on drugs and alcohol to feel relaxed and avoid
contact with the situation. If I were in these situations I would
straight up say “NO” without any doubts or thoughts, and wouldn't
rely on drugs to reduce the pain and feel relaxed, instead I would
try talking out my pain with friends or family and ask for advice.
