Judicial Branch Overview Judicial Branch interprets laws.  Court systems at local, state and national level. Two Categories of Law: Criminal and Civil  We studied 8 major Supreme Court cases about structure of government and people’s rights.

Independent Practice During the test there is to be no talking, electronic devices or other materials. Any infractions will results in lose of the entire test grade.    You must keep your exam for a minimum of 45 minutes. I will not collect the exam before that time.  When you finish your exam. Please turn it over. I will come to you and give you the class work.  There is no talking, electronic devices after the exam. I will give you a zero, if you do not follow these instructions.
HOMEWORK We are moving back to daily homework. Please define all of the vocabulary below.  Make flashcards or list them on lined paper. Some words are in the book. Some are not.  Homework is due next time we meet. There will be no late work accepted.
