Predictive Behavior – The Citizim Way – 1 of 10 Conversion Demographics Behaviors Consumers Actions 1. Imagine if there was a way to predict the consumer segments and the consumer actions leading up to a conversion.
Predictive Behavior – The Citizim Way – 2 of 10 Conversion Demographics Behaviors Consumers Actions 2. Today, we know the last action a consumer performed before the user converted, but we don’t know all actions leading up to the last action.
Predictive Behavior – The Citizim Way – 3 of 10 Conversion Demographics Behaviors Consumers Actions 3. Using Citizim Analytics, we can determine the general path of actions that a consumer performed leading up to the last action.
Predictive Behavior – The Citizim Way – 4 of 10 Conversion Demographics Behaviors Consumers Actions 4. Using Citizim Analytics, we also know the general consumer demographic segment that performs these actions.
Predictive Behavior – The Citizim Way – 5 of 10 Conversion Demographics Behaviors Consumers Actions 5. Based on the data and the analytics, we can now predict the demographic segment of consumers and their path of actions to get to the last action before conversion.
Predictive Behavior – The Citizim Way – 6 of 10 Conversion Demographics Behaviors Consumers Actions 6. So, what do we do with this information?
Predictive Behavior – The Citizim Way – 7 of 10 Conversion Demographics Behaviors Consumers Actions 7. Lets say that we know that a percentage of users from our segment that perform action 1, also always perform action 2.  We can now target users at action 1 to help increase the percentage that will continue to perform action 2. 1 2 3 4 5
Predictive Behavior – The Citizim Way – 8 of 10 Conversion Demographics Behaviors Consumers Actions 8. Based on predictive knowledge, we continue to target consumers at actions 2, 3, 4, and 5, and we will have increased the conversion rate. 1 2 3 4 5 Increased Conversion Rate
Predictive Behavior – The Citizim Way – 9 of 10 Conversion Demographics Behaviors Consumers Actions 9. Based on our knowledge of our segment and action 1, we can target users differently so that we move them directly from action 1 to action 5, and in effect building a shortcut directly from action 1 to action 5, skipping actions 2, 3, and 4.  This will speed up the sales cycle and increase the conversion rate 1 2 3 4 5 Increased Conversion Rate Decreased Sales Cycle
Predictive Behavior – The Citizim Way – 10 of 10 Conversion Demographics Behaviors Consumers Actions 10. Using Citizim’s consumer behavior tracking and demographics together with Citizim Analytics and predictive knowledge, we help our advertisers and marketers increase the conversion rate and decrease the sales cycle, while at the same time, decrease the amount of irrelevant and untimely advertising to the consumer. 1 2 3 4 5 Increased Conversion Rate Decreased Sales Cycle What’s not to like about that!
