settlement of the eventually HSE issues noticed as a result of the performed
inspections;
Organizes and effectively do the training of Company personnel regarding health,
safety & environmental protection.
Conducts and document weekly safety meetings.
Reports and review newly identified hazards.
Communicates action plan for controlling identified hazards.
Communicates controls to those affected by hazards.
Review actions plans for controlling hazards in coordination with the top
management.
Conducts the pre-job safety meeting at the work site, reviewing significant
hazards and procedures.
Ensures that all work activities are carried out by the correct method and with the
correct tools and equipment.
Prevents any operation or system of work where there is a risk of injury to
employees.
Ensures that, where appropriate, safety devices are fitted and correctly used.
Ensures that any defects in equipment, etc. are reported and rectified.
Ensures safe system of work minimizing the risks involved in conducting
maintenance operations assuring also the following:
Ensure that the Work equipment is maintained in an efficient state, efficient
working order and good repair.
Ensure that the Maintenance logs are kept up to date.
Ensure the Periodical certification and inspection of the equipment is done if no,
organize a third-party inspection
17. All maintenance personnel and their supervisors have understandable
instructions and information regarding the maintenance of machinery, including
foreseeable dangerous situations and the emergency action to be taken and
notes on any relevant experience in maintaining the equipment.
Ensure and organize safety training for All maintenance personnel and
supervisors to have the adequately training to ensure their health and safety and
to avoid all risks of accidents and incidents.
Ensure to Take all HSE Measures to prevent access to any dangerous parts of
the machinery and to prevent the movement of any dangerous part of the
machinery before anyone enters the danger area.
Develop PTW system and JSA for the company and put in place the system
Responsible for the issuing of the PTW and JSA
Organize TBT Meeting and Pre-job meeting before starting work
Organize weekly safety meeting
Attend HSE Meeting with the client
Participate for investigation and define the root causes of accident/Incident and
define the corrective action and preventive actions to be taken to avoid those
accidents
Maintain HSE Statistics up to date
Organize drill exercise’s
Organize safety tours, inspections and Audits
Follow up actions from safety inspections and audits
Ensure the effective application of the LOTO (Lock out / Tag out) system
Ensure the providing of all the necessary PPE and trains the employees for the
correct use of these PPE. He should ensure that all PPE is suitable in terms
