mega city and 10-acre tourist resort
near Murree.
Government is automating the land
records for tax generation and
economic growth. Competition
Commission of Pakistan is evaluating
artificial price hike in housing industry.
Telecom companies with their
expertise will embark on profitable
housing sector. Only those real estate
projects will survive who provide loan
facility to their potential customers.
