2. Download the Software
Start your Browser and enter the following URL
http://desktop.crm-gadget.com/html/trial.html
Click on the „Install
Now“ link below the
icon to install directly
from the web.
Alternatively download
and execute the
appropriate installer for
your operating system

3. Web Installer
When clicking the „Install Now“ linkon the Website
the Webinstaller will automatically detect your
operating system and choose the correct installer
and install language.
Verify the certificate and
press the„Install“ button.

Settings

press „Next“

5. License Agreement
Read the End User
Licence
Agreement and
click on „I Accept“
to start the
application

6. Enter a Database Password
Enter a Password and
click on the Button
„Create Encrypted
Database“ to create an
encrypted local database.
Alternatively you can click
on „Don‘t use Password“
to create a not encrypted
database“.
Second option is not
recommanded.

7. First Start of the Application
After the application started click on
„Preferences“ on the top.

8. Preferences: Auto-configuration
On the „Auto-configuration“ tab enter the URL
for the configuration file provided by your
Administrator.

9. Preferences: Connection information
On the „Connection information“ tab enter
your Oracle CRM OnDemand URL, your
Login and your Password.
Click the „Test connection“ button to
verify your login cridentials.

10. Preferences: User Interface
On the „User interface“ tab choose the
„Tabs“ radio button and click on the „Set
Oracle icons“ Button to switch to the
Oracle CRM On Demand like user
interface.
Click the „Save changes“ button.

11. Synchronize
Click „Synchronize data“ to launch
the synchronization applet.

Finally press the
„Synchronize“ button
to launch the
synchronization.
