2. Accessing College E-mails with an iPhoneiPad
1. To add an Exchange account to your iPhone tap Settings, then Mail,
Contacts, Calendars, then Add Account, then Microsoft Exchange.
Note, you can configure only one Exchange account per device.
2. On the next screen, enter your complete email address, domain,
username, password, and a description (which may be anything you
like).
E-mail: Your work E-mail address
Domain: ardinglycollege
Username: Your College username
Password: Your College password
3. Your iPhone will now try to locate the Exchange server using
Microsoft's Autodiscovery service. The server will not be located and
the screen below is shown. Enter the front-end Exchange server's
complete address in the Server field.

5. Your iPhone will try to create a secure (SSL) connection to your
Exchange server. If it cannot do this, it will try a non-SSL connection.
To override the SSL setting, go into Settings, then Mail, Contacts,
Calendars, select your Exchange account, tap Account Info, then
toggle the Use SSL slider.
6. Choose which type(s) of data you would like to synchronize: Mail,
Contacts, and Calendars. Note that by default, only 3 days' worth of
email is synchronized. To synchronize more, go into Settings, then
Mail, Contacts, Calendars, select your Exchange account, and tap on
Mail days to sync.

5. Adding your Outlook Account to Windows Mobile
You can connect to the Email Server for your email, calendar, contacts and
tasks on your phone.
1. On the Home screen, slide to the Mail tab.
2. If this is your first time to set up an email account, tap New Account at
the bottom of the screen. Otherwise, tap Menu > Add Account.
3. On the subsequent screen, tap Microsoft Exchange.
4. Enter your email address and password, and then tap Next.
5. Enter the following settings if asked
E-mail: Your College e-mail address
Domain: Ardignlycollege
Username: Your College username
Password: Your College Password
Server: owa.ardingly.com
6. This server requires an encrypted (SSL) connection, needs to be
enabled.
7. Tap Next.
8. Clear the check boxes of the information types that you want to
exclude from synchronization.
9. You can select Contacts, Calendar, E-mail and Tasks. The items that
you choose will automatically synchronizes with the exchange server
and your mobile device whenever you have a mobile connection or WiFi connection.
10. Tap Done. Your phone then syncs with the Exchange Server and
downloads your email messages.
6. Accessing College E-mails with an Android Phone
1. From the device home screen, touch the Applications tab (located in
the lower-left), then touch Mail. If this is an additional email account,
touch Menu > More > New Account.
2. Touch Exchange ActiveSync.
3. Enter your Email Address and password, then touch Next.
4. Enter the Server Address of owa.ardingly.com
5. Enter the Domain of ardinglycollege
6. Make sure that This server requires an encrypted SSL connection

8. Select the desired data to synchronize with the Exchange server (a
green checkmark means that an option is enabled).
9. Touch Finish setup.
10. Click OK to the Security Policy
11. Click Activate
