2. History of Midland Networks 2005 on
• Established 2005 as I.T Division of Midland Telecom
Group
• Focused on IT Support & VoIP systems Installation
• Became separate Limited Company in 2007
• Purchased own hosted telephony platform and billing
systems January 2007 and began supply of hosted
telephony services
• April 2007 began supply of Broadband and Leased Line
connections for our hosted telephony and I.T customers
• Became separate limited company in July 2007
• Started supplying Telephone Lines and Calls to compliment our
data and hosted telephone services in September 2007

Orange, Vodaphone and O2 in April 2011
• Started own mobile network backed by O2 in November
2011. Now Providing one bill for all services.
