Humanitarian operations for Red Cross since 1993, (Papua New Guinea, North and South Caucasus, Indonesia and Israel West Bank and Gaza). Positions in the Headquarters of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent (IFRC) in Geneva, plus national office of the Icelandic Red Cross. Previously based in Budapest, providing Disaster Management services to Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in the Europe Zone and has a global responsibility generating policy on relations with Civil Protection actors.
