This presentation was made at a Museum and Gallery Services (Queensland) professional development session in October 2009. It outlines a small sample of new on-line learning resources developed recently by teachers-in-residence at the Queensland Museum. These include: a web-resource suitable for teaching secondary schools about marine studies; eight digital stories showing curators ‘behind the scenes’ with their favourite objects; and a personalised Google Map that shows visitors to S.E Queensland the location of over fifty specialist museums in the region.
