AECT Hawaii is the chapter affiliate of the Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT) at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. It provides professional development, leadership opportunities, and social interaction for members. The organization has an elected board and appointed positions. It holds various events throughout the year, both on the UH campus and statewide, as well as online. Upcoming events include attending the AECT conference in October and a beach party in November. Membership applications can be found on the website, and elections for new board positions will take place in November.
