This document discusses the role of information and communication technology (ICT) in higher education teaching and learning. It addresses how ICT can be used by principals, teachers, and students. Principals must provide leadership, motivate staff, and utilize resources innovatively. Teachers require training to incorporate ICT into their instruction. Different training techniques like cognitive, behavioral, and psychomotor approaches can be used. ICT allows for techniques like concept maps, case studies, games, blogs, and videos to support constructivist and connectivist learning models in line with human cognition.
