Since 1999 I've worked to make digital experiences delightful - and easier to use. I am focused wholly on understanding customer wants and needs - and turning those into solutions for organizations. I conduct and manage usability testing to ensure that end products help customers; customer research to establish what they actually want; voice of customer (VOC) analytics to monitor their sentiments; and web analytics (Google Analytics) to observe and get insights from their behavior, and measure successful interactions.
