Richard has been involved in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years where he achieved General  Global network information
Manager level with regional responsibility within Latin America. He was posted to the region in 2000 as system
Country Manager of AstraZeneca Peru with responsibility for Ecuador and Bolivia. He subsequently moved to
Chile as General Manager to further develop the business whilst retaining previous territory responsibilities.
As GM he had full P&L responsibility as well as leading HR and Finance functions.
During his period with AstraZeneca he recruited at General Manager level and across functional groups
including Sales and Marketing Managers, Medical and Regulatory Managers, Finance and HR Managers.  92% universal success rate
Richard holds an honours degree in Business from Manchester Metropolitan University and is a qualified
teacher graduating from Manchester University. In addition to his native English Richard speaks Spanish.
Dmitry Chebotarevskiy, Senior Consultant, Russia

based in Russia and CIS countries. Dmitry's areas of particular specialties are Legal, Real Estate,
Professional Services and IT. Prior to joining SpenglerFox, Dmitry went through intensive studying spree in
UK (Cambridge) and Canada (Toronto), graduating with an Honours Diploma in Business Management.
Dmitry is fluent in English, Russia and has a basic understanding of French.

Practice Groups. He has served in Senior Consultant and Country Manager roles and his search experience
spans across most functions in Director, Manager and Specialist level roles with international firms in Central
Europe and Asia. Ronald speaks native English as well as fluent Slovak and currently is studying Mandarin.
