2. The Programs
Tap In — Rely On —
Break Out!
THE SESSIONS: Monthly sessions are held in
a private meeting room equipped with WiFi,
whiteboard or flipchart, projector or projection
screen. The recommended meeting time for
eleven of the sessions is 4 – 6 PM on the 3rd
Wednesday of the month, since that dovetails
with our scheduled speaker series and net-
working events. There is an annual day-long
retreat session where in-depth strategy and
planning can receive the time it demands.
Sessions are structured to ensure that there is
balance of input and to maximize the amount
of time focusing on issues and opportunities
processing.
THE Ascent Roundtable is a group of 6-12
business leaders who focus on setting and
achieving their business and personal strategies
and goals. It is confidential environment for
discussing sensitive business and personal
issues in a collaborative and non-competitive
environment.
Tap into the collective wisdom, inspiration
and experience beyond your company’s walls.
Together, fellow CEO’s often uncover novel
approaches to problems, simply by exploring the
issue from a new perspective and with a different
collection of experiences.
Rely on your colleagues as they rely on you to be
at every session and bring your A-game. Time is
precious and the issues each of you bring to the
table are personal priorities that demand focus and
serious attention. You and your peers want honesty
and need a no-holds-barred discussion on the topic,
The roundtable is meant to be a comfortable place
where you can ask questions and explore problems
without the awkwardness of disclosing that you do
not have an answer…yet.
Break out of the routine and constant bombardment
of the daily business struggle. For a few hours each
month, create some time for yourself to focus –
focus on topics that are strategic for your
business. Focuvng your success as a leader
and your company’s success.
THE COACH AND FACILITATION:
THE Ascent Roundtable is offered in two
formats — coached and facilitated. A coached
roundtable is lead by our most senior coaches
who is charged with facilitating each session
and a schedule of individual professional
development sessions. All of the members
of a coached roundtable share the same
performance coach, which turbo-charges the
results of the group sessions.
A facilitated roundtable is led by our program
facilitators who lead the groups for maximum
time efficiency, balance and tracking
commitment accountability.
