Amazon system provide productivity gain and reduce cost. In Manchester warehouse, Amazon has 2500 robots installed. Productivity gain about 5 times
- Wordsmith is essentially an AI that can auto generate articles and natural language reports from large data sets When dealing with large amounts of data, Automated Insights’ Wordsmith technology allows writers to focus on being creative by using AI to auto-generate the first version of their story for them. It adopts AI when interacting with customers. Received more than 4000 calls in the first month when it is launched. The robot pharmacist can store up to 35000 medinces and dispenses around 12 prescriptions per minute, reducing waiting time and eliminate human error. DHA will install robot pharmacists in all DHA hospitals. This help reducing number of pharmacists. The pharmacist role still exist to interact with people and give them instruction of how to use the medication.

Organizations they will need ways to train these employees in the specific data skills they need - Geoff Mulgan CBE, said at the event that plenty of new jobs will also be created as a result. Jobs that rely on human interaction and are often provided by the public sector – carers, teachers, etc.

Other biases might be subtler — for example, a search algorithm that responds with images of only white women when someone queries “loving grandmother.” The ethics compliance manager could work with an algorithm forensics analyst to uncover the underlying reasons for such results and then implement the appropriate fixes.
