• Presently managing 18000+ devices (IoS and android) by Airwatch and Maas 360 for Target Corporation.
• Supporting the Target’s enterprise app store which responsible for target apps for target customers and user
with the help of airwatch.
• Working on MDM (mobile device management), MEM (Mobile Email Management) and MAM (Mobile

• Performing profile and apps pushing to the devices according to the various grade of employee’s and users
of target.
• Helping clients in airwatch installation and configuring airwatch for both personal and corporate devices.
• Guiding user in configuring emails into theirs devices.
• Currently supporting seven private applications and 10+ public applications in target environment.
• Guided the blacklisted users to upgrade their IoS device to 8 as it was not compliant to target and also
unblacklisted the user who have upgraded the devices by airwatch console and Mass360 console.
• Played a major role in the airwatch upgrade in the target to 6.4 and recently to 7 to support 8.
• Prepared test cases before each airwatch upgrade and tested all the functionalities available in the airwatch
and devices also.
• Single point of contact for sending the notification of issues that occurred after Maas360 upgrade.
• Client troubleshooting and remediation.
• Currently helping clients to upgrade the IoS version to 8 and upgrading the airwatch MDM agent and
Maas360 agent present in the client’s apple devices.
