Example: Solving hunger - Do not remove hunger but create
food. Financial Aid and Help from Nations did not solve
problem in Somalia.
Problem - Action to solve problem - Less action due to less
problem - Problem comes again. Example: Overweight - Starve -
Eat Again - Overweight.
