Training Teachers and Teacher Educators from pre primary to senior secondary level and conducting researches in the field of school and teacher education. Also teaching to BEd, BScBEd, BABEd, MEd, MPhil and PhD in education. Published more than 70 research papers in National and International Journals and presented paper in different national and International seminars/conferences/workshop as participant and resource person. Involved in supervising PhD in Education scholars of different Universities of India. Delivered more than 80 invited lectures in the faculty development programmes, teacher development, webinars organised by different Universities and Institutions across India.
