Ericsson – Overland Park, KS Project Coordinator/Junior Project Manager, April 2013 – Present
 Present project plan and project completion to Ericsson board
 Manage and maintain 26 projects at a time. (mainly wireline and wireless projects)
 Tracking and process support within our PMO organization.
 Completed Consilium Training: Project Tracker software
 Responsible for training all new Project Manager’s and teaching all software programs.
 Responsible for managing the project towards its goal in terms of scope,time, costs,and quality.
 Monitor and control project progress and deliveries, and focus on the needs and priorities of the customer and
other important project stakeholders.

 Schedule meetings with the customer to fill them in on the status of network impacting projects.
 Interface with Installation Supervisors to plan materials, make sure spec is uploaded, and a tech is assigned per
installation. Also work with my NASO team to make sure that hardware that is installed turns up.
 Coordinate installation of breakers,SPDU’s,Gigamon HD8’s, and HVAC upgrades,fibers, ODF Bays, Routers
 Managed numerous telecomm projects including facility upgrades for fiber installation, T1 additions, overhead
and buried cable runs, and terminal enclosures expansion and upgrades
 Manage budgets, forecasting, invoices, change orders, and compile close-out packages
 Run weekly project status meetings
 Manage and coordinate my install techs to oversee the power system upgrades and this will include review and
approval of the method of procedure (MOP),scheduling the work, opening CMC events, acceptance of the
completed work, and updating project milestones in ETS.
 Work with my Commercial team on getting specifics for projects that are put out to BID
 Schedule CMC’s with my install techs and my NOC
 I work in a couple different systems: Consilium, Citrix, EriCOL, EriDOC, Sprint Engineering Tool Suite,
SharePoint, Pulse, Sprint Spectrum, Sprint Communities,
 Work with vendor to provide access to generalcontractors,sub-contractors. I work with engineers on uploading
specs/MOPs,Work with network planners to get PIDs open and work on the network planning letter.
