Introduction: UniBot is a smart chatbot designed to assist prospective and
existing students of an institute. With UniBot, students will have easy access
to a wide range of information about the institute, including courses, fees,
faculty, placement statistics, events, student societies, results, and
scholarships. In phase 2, UniBot will also assist existing students with
academic details, attendance details, document verification, and account
details.

● To provide students with easy access to information about the institute.
● To streamline the process of accessing information for students.
● To reduce the workload of the institute's staff.
● To improve the overall experience of students by providing accurate and
timely information
5. Phase 1: Prospective Student Assistance
● Course Details: UniBot will provide detailed information about each
course offered by the institute.
● Fees Structure: UniBot will provide information about the fees structure
for each course.
● Faculty Details: UniBot will provide information about each faculty
member and their areas of expertise.
● Placement Statistics: UniBot will provide placement statistics for each
course.

● Events Details: UniBot will provide information about upcoming events
and activities at the institute.
● Student Societies: UniBot will provide information about student
societies and their activities.
● Facilities : Unibot will provide information about the facilities provided by
the institute.
● Scholarships: UniBot will provide information about scholarships

7. Phase 2: Existing Student Assistance
● Classroom Details: UniBot will provide information about a student's
academic progress, including grades and course completion and other
informations like attendance as well.
● Societies Details: UniBot will help student access to different college
clubs and society portal and information.
● Account Details: UniBot will provide information about a student's
account, including fees, transactions, and balances.
● Help Desk : UniBot smart help desk will manage and take care of
student’s issue by automatic ml based ticket management system
