Don’t send generic messages or connection invites to lots of members who
don’t know you. They will end up annoyed and may report you as a spammer.
If you do wish to connect, tell them why.

Don’t post jobs like you would on a job board. You will end up with irrelevant
applications.

Don’t use your company page as a recruitment hub. It can look desperate and
unprofessional.

                    Don’t believe asking your employees to share jobs is
                    enough to attract the right amount of talent. In the long
                    run, your employees may feel annoyed, too.
