If you work full time and are also trying to build your home business, you are going to need to learn time management. Because you are working, you probably have a small amount of time each day to work on your business so learning to manage your time is important. You want to get the most out of each hour you spend on your business.

get the most out of each hour you spend on your business.
The first thing you need is a planner. In this planner schedule everything including family time,
personal time and business. Figure out what your income producing activities are. For me these
activities are marketing.
My Time Management Daily Schedule
Morning (I get up an hour early)
I write a blog post or at least get it started.
I post an inspirational quote on my social media sites.
I place some ads on Craigslist (I do this every 2 days, not every day) and other sites.
I email my list something of value.
I check my email. I do this last so I am not distracted from any income producing activities.
After I get to work, I listen to training audios throughout the day. Some days are busier than
others so I do what I can.
Lunchtime at work ( I only get a half hour):
I finish writing my blog post or listen to the daily mastermind call offered by the prosperity team.
The call is at least an hour so I will continue to listen after my lunch break is over. I take notes so
I can implement the marketing tips/strategies that I learn later in the day.

2. Evening:
I syndicate my blog post to various sites and email to my list.
I attend any webinars that are scheduled that day. If there are no webinars, I will listen to one I
may have missed.
I do a video. I am in a video challenge so I have to do this daily.
I chat with people on Facebook. I try to do at least 5 a day.
I read a couple chapters from a personal development book.
I write in my planner what I plan to accomplish tomorrow.
Of course, this schedule is not set in stone. When you work and have a family, life will get in the
way. I try to stick as close to this schedule as I can. If I find I have extra time, I will use that to
work ahead. I might do a couple blog posts or videos and have them ready for those days when I
don’t have time. If I am short of time, I do the most important things first.
