95. Social Media Optimization: Hotel wanted us to increase traffic, generate buzz and create brand awareness in the social media world and the blogosphere. They wanted that every aspect of the promotion should match with the brand image. With effective optimization on social media platforms, the hotel received an overwhelming response of people on platforms like Facebook and Twitter. Other achievements include 400+ fans in the initial months, thousands of mentions around the web, and hundreds of comments.
99. Online Reputation Management: Apparently, the hotel saw a drop in the online reputation due to the increasing amount of negative comments from guests. The goal was to decrease the company’s 58 percent negative commentary ratio by 20 points.
