This document outlines an individual's personal action plan with short, mid, and long term goals related to developing virtual learning materials. The short term goal is to identify areas for ICT learning and collaborate with colleagues to upload relevant materials to the Virtual Learning Management System. The mid term goal is to develop the VLMS before the next semester. The long term goals are to ensure efficient teaching and learning through virtual materials and encourage autonomous learning by training other lecturers on the VLMS.
