SCOPE OF WORK
 The survey was conducted to study about perspective of
Vietnamese toward studying University and monitor the
satisfaction of Vietnamese students on their schools’ quality.
 Methodology: Online survey
 Fieldwork time: 3 days (22/05/2015 to 24/05/2015)
 Sample size: N = 1,170
 Geography: 5 key cities:
• Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Can Tho

KEY FINDINGS
• Students are dissatisfied with their schools’ quality
• Corruption ratio in schools are intimidatingly high
• Most graduates are pessimistic about job prospects
• They all wish to study abroad
• Japan is the 2nd top dreamland for overseas study

The dark future of Vietnamese education

  • 2. 1 SCOPE OF WORK  The survey was conducted to study about perspective of Vietnamese toward studying University and monitor the satisfaction of Vietnamese students on their schools’ quality.  Methodology: Online survey  Fieldwork time: 3 days (22/05/2015 to 24/05/2015)  Sample size: N = 1,170  Geography: 5 key cities: • Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Can Tho
  • 3. 2 KEY FINDINGS • Students are dissatisfied with their schools’ quality • Corruption ratio in schools are intimidatingly high • Most graduates are pessimistic about job prospects • They all wish to study abroad • Japan is the 2nd top dreamland for overseas study
