whose subject expresses the agent of the main verb. That
is, the subject does the action designated by the verb. A
sentence whose agent is marked as grammatical subject is
called an active sentence.

The same is true of passive gerunds.

Object of preposition: I am so tired of being lectured

passive voice requires a "double verb" and will
always consist of a form of the verb "to be" and the
past participle (usually the "en/ed/t" form) of another
verb.
Example:
Active: John baked the bread.
Passive: The bread was baked by John. (Was is a form of
the verb “be”.)

majority of your sentences.
Overuse of passive voice or use of passive
voice in long and complicated sentences can
cause readers to lose interest or to become
confused.
Sentences in active voice are generally-though not always-- clearer and more direct.
