STATEMENT 
Short Version 
An inspiring digital media content 
designer and a communication 
professional with a passion and Love 
for digital communication. My personal 
interest is to produce unique and 
creative “Likeable Media” for 
individuals and businesses that are 
capable of powerfully engage with the 
audience. 
Long Version 
I was fascinated with Multimedia contents which was around me 
since I was a kid. I always enjoyed these media contents and when it 
was the time to decide what I want to do for the rest of my life, I 
chose Digital Media. 
I started my journey by starting to learn digital media following UK 
higher National diploma in interactive media and went on to 
complete Bachelors degree in Digital Media at University of 
Wolverhampton. 
I was not satisfied just by designing static media contents and 
started to learn other visual mediums such as film and animation. I 
have been working with several production houses for their projects 
and some of them were able to win and nominate for awards. I also 
worked as a freelance video director and editor. 
I have been learning and working in different areas from Wedding 
video production to Web designing. Hence I have been able to gain 
knowledge about different types of mediums. 
I believe that continues learning and practicing is the key to a 
successful career and therefore I am completing a masters degree in 
advertising at RMIT which is expanding my knowledge about the 
advertising industry.

Description of the professional, engaged persona you wish to present, that is your identity 
statement and rationale 
I would like to present my Online Persona as a digital media solution 
provider/ Content designer.
Why? 
The Rational behind dineshLee 
I have been passionate about digital mediums and started to learn by myself. I then started to 
follow different types of learning pathways and follow various online learning resources. 
Not only that I was involving with various types of projects for individuals and production houses. 
I was not limited to one type of media but was engaging in various digital media content creation. 
This has given me a broad knowledge about modern digital media and I would like to use this as 
an advantage to promote myself. 
In digital media industry, continuously learning cutting-edge technologies and strategies is 
essential to be competitive and recognised. I would like the potential employers/clients to see me 
as a continuous learner and a professional with a good academic background. 
I am a person who would like to research latest trends and technologies in digital media and 
communications. I would like to present these findings and it will highlight me as a leader in my 
field. This will allow people to recognise me as a well-educated experienced professional in digital 
media.

I am trying to achieve this persona mainly using 
Facebook, twitter and Vimeo. I am expecting to 
use Instagram as a tool of promoting myself. 
Blogging is a very powerful tool when I am trying 
to present my findings and researched information 
about digital media. Continuous blogging will help 
to present me as a dynamic knowledgeable 
professional in the industry.

 Update my Show reel every three months and

 Tweet more about my professional life 
 Continuous Blogging and sharing 
 Networking : Tweet conversations, LinkedIn 
I am creating new blogs at wordpress.com. I am expecting 
to choose various topics that are related to film industry, 
photography, animation and advertising. 
By doing this I am expecting to educated myself as well as 
branding myself as a leader in digital media industry with 
a broad knowledge. 
Also I would like to present well-researched topics about 
social media and mass communication. I have posted a 
blog about social media and its influence on the society. I 
am expecting to post a blog about nonverbal 
communication as well as editing techniques that use 
film, Television and visual communication. So the content 
will be building my expected persona within the online 
community. 
Also I will be posting contents that are funny, modern and 
more engaging to the general public. Therefore posts 
about sports, entertainment and global events will be 
sharing with my online communities. 
I am trying to engage with potential employers, industry 
professionals, advertising agencies, production houses 
and likeminded people who have an interest in this digital 
media world. 
Therefore the Tone of voice will be professional, 
knowledgeable and at the same time a fun personal to 
engage. 
At the moment I am developing my online persona and I 
understand it is hard to receive many responses at this 
stage. However, when I am continuously growing with my 
online presence I believe that I would be able to position 
my persona as I expected.

  • 2. ID STATEMENT Short Version An inspiring digital media content designer and a communication professional with a passion and Love for digital communication. My personal interest is to produce unique and creative “Likeable Media” for individuals and businesses that are capable of powerfully engage with the audience. Long Version I was fascinated with Multimedia contents which was around me since I was a kid. I always enjoyed these media contents and when it was the time to decide what I want to do for the rest of my life, I chose Digital Media. I started my journey by starting to learn digital media following UK higher National diploma in interactive media and went on to complete Bachelors degree in Digital Media at University of Wolverhampton. I was not satisfied just by designing static media contents and started to learn other visual mediums such as film and animation. I have been working with several production houses for their projects and some of them were able to win and nominate for awards. I also worked as a freelance video director and editor. I have been learning and working in different areas from Wedding video production to Web designing. Hence I have been able to gain knowledge about different types of mediums. I believe that continues learning and practicing is the key to a successful career and therefore I am completing a masters degree in advertising at RMIT which is expanding my knowledge about the advertising industry.
  • 3. The online Persona “dineshLee” Description of the professional, engaged persona you wish to present, that is your identity statement and rationale I would like to present my Online Persona as a digital media solution provider/ Content designer.
  • 4. Why? The Rational behind dineshLee I have been passionate about digital mediums and started to learn by myself. I then started to follow different types of learning pathways and follow various online learning resources. Not only that I was involving with various types of projects for individuals and production houses. I was not limited to one type of media but was engaging in various digital media content creation. This has given me a broad knowledge about modern digital media and I would like to use this as an advantage to promote myself. In digital media industry, continuously learning cutting-edge technologies and strategies is essential to be competitive and recognised. I would like the potential employers/clients to see me as a continuous learner and a professional with a good academic background. I am a person who would like to research latest trends and technologies in digital media and communications. I would like to present these findings and it will highlight me as a leader in my field. This will allow people to recognise me as a well-educated experienced professional in digital media.
  • 5. On My Way To “dineshLee” Detail how you have attempted to achieve this persona I am trying to achieve this persona mainly using Facebook, twitter and Vimeo. I am expecting to use Instagram as a tool of promoting myself. Blogging is a very powerful tool when I am trying to present my findings and researched information about digital media. Continuous blogging will help to present me as a dynamic knowledgeable professional in the industry. strategy : Building dineshLee  Creating video contents and sharing  Using Vimeo/Youtube as the medium for video sharing  Update my Show reel every three months and share  Tweet more about my professional life  Continuous Blogging and sharing  Networking : Tweet conversations, LinkedIn I am creating new blogs at wordpress.com. I am expecting to choose various topics that are related to film industry, photography, animation and advertising. By doing this I am expecting to educated myself as well as branding myself as a leader in digital media industry with a broad knowledge. Also I would like to present well-researched topics about social media and mass communication. I have posted a blog about social media and its influence on the society. I am expecting to post a blog about nonverbal communication as well as editing techniques that use film, Television and visual communication. So the content will be building my expected persona within the online community. Also I will be posting contents that are funny, modern and more engaging to the general public. Therefore posts about sports, entertainment and global events will be sharing with my online communities. I am trying to engage with potential employers, industry professionals, advertising agencies, production houses and likeminded people who have an interest in this digital media world. Therefore the Tone of voice will be professional, knowledgeable and at the same time a fun personal to engage. At the moment I am developing my online persona and I understand it is hard to receive many responses at this stage. However, when I am continuously growing with my online presence I believe that I would be able to position my persona as I expected.
