According to the message to be
transmitted, you must choose well
which type of text is most convenient
for readability. This means that the
type of test to be chosen always
depends on the communicative
purpose.

Before making a writing, it should be
kept in mind to whom it is going to be

That is what determines what kind of
language and tone will be used:

2.1 Narrative text
A narrative text can be real
(Something that has happened to
the writer or he or she has
witnessed) such as news or
fictional as a novel or a tale.
It consists of

text
They present with great clarity the
traits of a person, an animal, an
object, a place, a phenomenon o a
situation .
It is necessary to observe with
moderation what is going to be
described, to choose the most
notorious characteristics
A description can have
different profiles, including:
● The objective description which
focuses on precision and accuracy.
Scientific and technical texts are
examples of this profile.
● The subjective description is common
to find the author's point of view.
Literary texts are examples of this
profile.
● The realistic, idealizing and degrading
description can be found in cartoons.
● The portrait. Physical and moral traits.

the purpose of giving

About this type of text, it is important to
take into consideration the structure that it
can adopt which depends on the content
that it intents to transmit

contrast is used when there are
similarities or differences
between the elements being
described
The sequence structure
is used when the
different parts of a
process
The one that explains
causes along with their
consequences are called

Its main objective is to
transmit information,
whether it is scientific,
didactical or purely
divulging.

it aims to defend and give valid ideas
to a controversial fact of society.
