Dog Day Getaway started with two girls yearning for an escape from their tedious jobs. As intelligent, entrepreneuring individuals, they sat down together to figure out what they could do that they would both love doing. Finally in a moment of brilliance, as their beloved dogs stared knowingly up at them, the idea for the DDG was born. Their love of dogs, combined with their desire for independence could only be a recipe for success! With love and care, the DDG grew from a few furry playmates and a couple of overnight guests to a play area filled with K9 friends and spacious overnight rooms booked solid.
