Open house greet and meet

1. WELCOME TO OPEN HOUSE
We will begin right at 7:30 p.m. MST.
You may want to do an audio check to make sure you
have sound.

Click on Audio from the drop down menu.

Do Audio Set Up Wizard and follow directions.

3. PACING
Eight Units
 Two weeks per unit for a total of 16
weeks.
 Deadline is always the second
Sunday of the unit.
 Grade reports come out on the
following Tuesday.


4. LATE WORK POLICY
Late work can receive full credit ONLY IF you
communicate with teacher, otherwise work
may have only 80% of its value..
 Assignments that were turned in on time may
be redone, please communicate with with
teacher. Quizzes typically only allow three
attempts.


5. KEEPING ON TRACK
Schedule after Syllabus
 Pacing guides in every unit
 Due dates listed in grade book
 Pacing reminders in announcements
 Progress Reports every two weeks


6. DISCUSSION BOARDS
One or two per unit
 Grade will vary as you complete the
assignment.
 Visit the Training Discussion Board
for pointers on how to be successful.


7. GRADE BOOK

Graded assignments have a number grade.
Students can and should click on grade for
detailed feedback on most graded
assignments. This is how you can learn to
improve.
It is possible to redo an assignment for a better
grade. Check the grade comments for
suggested improvements..

Ungraded, but submitted, assignments
have a green exclamation mark.
Assignments with nothing have not been
completed or successfully submitted.

8. PROGRESS REPORTS



Sent out before Tuesday midnight
after the unit deadlines.
Informal progress reports available
upon request.
In grade book, PR = Progress
Report

Can see the current grade for the next
progress report at the end of each unit
in the PR# column for that unit.

9. LIVE OFFICE HOURS

