Understand DIFC Surrogacy Program
Provide DIFC the following information:
•Age of the female partner
•Husbands Semen sample Report
•Previous infertility treatment history.
•Previous 3 menstrual cycles detail and expected mensuration
period date.
•Reason for needing surrogacy.
•Do you want to use your own eggs or donor eggs.

3. Step 2 : Interact with DIFC
Interact with Delhi IVF & Fertility Centre’s specialist.
Get basic information regarding Surrogacy program
emailed.
 Understand the DIFC Surrogacy program completely.

4. Step 3 : Enroll for Surrogacy Program
Decide & Enroll to undergo Surrogacy program with
DIFC.
Get detailed procedural charges via email by DIFC.
In case of need of donor eggs, send your photograph
to select a suitable physically matching donor for you.
Inform DIFC your tentative travel date and month and
duration of stay.
Apply for Tourist visa / Medical visa.

5. Step 4 : Complete the Recruitment
process
Complete the Recruitment process of Egg Donor and
Surrogacy.
Initiate booking process at DIFC for Surrogacy
program.
For your egg donor and surrogate preparations, pay a
token amount of 2000 USD.
This payment will be adjusted in procedural payment
if done within 6 month.

6. Step 5 : Travel to India
For IVF with own eggs and surrogacy, reach us 10 days
prior to your next period date and be here for about 4
weeks.
In case of short stay, you can get part of treatment
done at your place by your specialist doctor and DIFC
can design a specific protocol for you [for details contact
us.]
For IVF with donor eggs with surrogacy, DIFC prefer’s
to have fresh sample and you'll have to be here only for
about a week’s time after prior appointment with DIFC.

7. Step 6 : Visit Delhi IVF & Fertility Centre
Visit DIFC for meeting with surrogate.
Sign the Surrogacy agreement between intended
parents and surrogate.
Make balance procedure payment to DIFC.
For those with IVF with own eggs with surrogacy :
Synchronise menstrual cycles with surrogate.
Complete Stimulation process.
Embryo Transfer into surrogate.

8. Step 7 : Surrogate’s Followup with DIFC
Be in touch with DIFC team for Surrogate’s follow up
after Embryo Transfer
Get Confirmation of Pregnancy (BHCG test) after 18
days of embryo transfer.
Get 1st ultrasound confirmation after 15 days of
BHCG.
Get confirmation of carrying of Pregnancy to term by
surrogate.

9. Step 8 : Surrogate’s Delivery at DIFC
 Intended parents travel to India.
 Delivery of Surrogate
• Process of handing over of baby
• Get DIFC assistance to obtain Birth Certificate of Baby.
 Travel back with baby after obtaining passport and visa.
