I am an Acute & Critical Care medicine enthusiast who wants to excel in the field and take the patient care to new horizons of excellence. I am aspiring for a career move to an organization where I will be able to practice Critical Care in its true sense; with full dedication, devotion and utmost sincerity and participate in academic and research activities. I am accomplished in training and motivating junior doctors and the paramedical staff in bringing out the best out of them. I am a firm believer of the fact that good team leadership and a hands-on approach to management issues bring higher standards and pay increased dividends.
