OUR SEMINAR OBJECTIVE
 Seminar Objective is essential part of our society, as the World, the systems and people
within, do not support or protect everyone. Social service could literally mean the
difference between life and death for one person, which makes it all the more important
and essential. Social Service is an integral part of DWDJ, as it intends to uplift human
values and inspire each individual to inspire others.
 DWDJ provides its social services in a unique way. We support people who need support.
Our work leaves a positive impact on others, if they so choose. We work with a varied and
diverse group of people, and in turn learn and experience a multi-faceted life that is
consistently dynamic and evolving. This allows us to try and tackle wicked issues, and
help empower others to solve their own problems. We attempt to make a difference
(hopefully for the better) to individual lives.

PURPOSE OF TRAINING
 The purpose is to initiate a process of rapid improvement by means of achieving a
shared understanding of the correct leadership and management methods that we
need to employ, if we are to achieve our stated goals. Our training and development
professionals are in turn recruit new chapters and provide local support.
 These offerings shall cover the ask of Corporates. Our method of trainings shall be
focused on making a difference in audience’s thought process so that they feel
empowered and realized their true potential. We also believe that people aren’t just
tools. They come in the whole. With their own experience, passion, strengths,
challenges, emotions, habits and aspirations. Through our Leadership Training and
Soft Skills Training programs, we help you get the best from your people by not only
aligning them to the organizational goals but also developing them as individuals.
