Approach and Methodology
Methodology
• The training starts from sharing the real daily problem
the participants have and want to discuss about, on
which to learn how to apply the method.
• The analysis and resolution of real problems maximise
the effectiveness and the retention of knowledge out
from the training and coaching sessions.
• The activity is organised in workgroups with several spots
for confrontation between all the participants.
• The program includes:
- Classroom exercises
- Debrief and interactive coaching
- Videos
- Theorical frameworks (20%)
