17. There are lot of Land acquision problems in many areas, leading to slow progress in works, causing frequent accidents

18. Tax and bribes are common between state borders and the construction authorities

20. Contd…. Strict rules must be enforced on government officials also and each State and District Roadways must be made a Corporation. They must be under the direct control of Ministry of Roadways. The quality of the Roads built anywhere must be improved and if possible BOT must be used in important NHs and SHs.
