This document presents a case report of a 22-year-old male patient who experienced trauma to the right side of his face after a motorcycle accident 20 days prior. He presented with pain and swelling in his right lower jaw. Physical examination revealed a laceration on the right eyebrow that was healing, subconjunctival hemorrhage on the right side, and loss of the malar prominence on the right side. Radiological investigations showed a zygomatic complex fracture and mandibular angle fracture on the right side. The treatment plan was for open reduction and internal fixation surgery to repair the fractures.
