3. INTRODUCTION
KCB’s Online Payment Solution enables
customers to pay online through the hotel’s
websites in partnership with Nightsbridge
Acts as a payment link between the
customer and hotel.
Card details are forwarded in a secure
manner to the Bank for processing.
The solution confirms payment.
It facilitates the payment for the booking to
the Hotel’s bank A/c.

4. How It works
The Cardholder books for accommodation
Online (via Nightsbridge booking form on
the hotel’s website).
Cardholder provides card details.
Details picked by Online solution.
Details forwarded electronically to KCB for
processing.
KCB gets approval and informs hotel.

from anywhere any time.
The customer does not have to carry cash
for payments.
It saves customers from the disappointment
of fully booked rooms when they check-in.
KCB cardholders/customers receive SMS
Alerts immediately their cards are debited.

KCB does not charge for set-up of this
solution.
The hotels receive payment in advance,
and hence customers cannot default
payment.
